Use of the Dme website at www.dmebcard.com (hereinafter: "the Website"), including the content and services offered therein (hereinafter: "the Services"), is subject to these terms of use (hereinafter: "Terms of Use"). The Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and O.B RESULTS LTD 516305919 (hereinafter: "O.B RESULTS LTD"). By accessing the Website, registering, using the Service, and/or performing any other action within the framework of the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms of Use and agree to the provisions contained therein. If you do not agree with all the Terms of Use, you must immediately cease any use of the Service. The Terms of Use may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of O.B RESULTS LTD without prior notice. By continuing to use the Service after such changes, you agree to be subject to the amended provisions and accept the Terms of Use that will apply at that time. By providing your information on the Website, you agree and acknowledge that O.B RESULTS LTD may use your information as follows:
3.1. To send you administrative and managerial emails, promotional and marketing materials via email (on behalf of O.B RESULTS LTD or third parties), and other information that may interest you, which falls under the definition of "advertising material" according to Amendment 40 to the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982. If you decide you no longer wish to receive such messages, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the email you received or send a request via email to: info@dmebcard.com; requests sent via email will be processed within up to 3 business days.
3.2. To provide and improve the Service, complete your transactions, handle your inquiries, manage your registration process, verify the information you provided, and for internal business purposes;

Services Offered on the Website and the Ordering Process
4.1. Here, detail all the services available on the Website.
4.2. Any person over the age of 18, who legally holds a credit card that can be processed by one of the credit card companies operating lawfully in Israel and is valid on the day of the transaction and has an active email address (hereinafter: "the User") is eligible to place an order for purchasing the Services.
4.3. The ordering of Services through the Website involves five steps: selecting the product, personalizing the design of the product and the text included in it, completing the order process via the Website or O.B RESULTS LTD representative, selecting shipping options, and payment by credit card.
4.4. After placing the order, the User will receive an initial notification via email confirming receipt of the order details. -
Prices on the Website
5.1. Prices on the Website do not include VAT (which is added at the final cart).
5.2. O.B RESULTS LTD may update the prices of Services on the Website from time to time without prior notice, and the updates will be published on the Website. The valid price in relation to a purchase made is the price that appeared on the Website upon completion of the purchase process. If the price of any Service was updated on the Website before the completion of the purchase process, the User acknowledges that they will be charged according to the updated price. -
Delivery and Shipping
6.1. O.B RESULTS LTD will deliver any product or service appearing on the Website for which an order has been registered in O.B RESULTS LTD's systems and for which full payment has been made by the User's credit card.
6.2. Delivery times: up to 14 business days.
6.3. O.B RESULTS LTD will deliver any product purchased on the Website to any address provided at the time of order placement, within the fastest possible time and according to the type of shipping chosen for the order. The delivery times defined on the Website indicate an estimate of the necessary business days only and do not include Saturdays, holidays, general strikes, production malfunctions, states of emergency, or any force majeure beyond the company's control that prevents the order's delivery on time.
6.4. O.B RESULTS LTD is not responsible for the integrity of products transferred by domestic and foreign postal authorities and/or air or land shipments and will not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused to the product and/or the User due to an act or omission by these entities.
6.5. Packaging and shipping expenses are not included in the product price as it appears in O.B RESULTS LTD's price list displayed in these Terms and on the Website but are added to the product price after the shipping method is selected by the customer and the shipping cost is calculated based on the User's address. -
Cancellation of Transactions
7.1. From the moment an order is placed on the Website, the User will not be entitled to cancel the order without the explicit approval of O.B RESULTS LTD, stating that work on fulfilling the order has not yet begun. Once the order production process has started, orders placed on the Website cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
7.2. No financial credit will be given for products/services created/ordered through a special order at the User's request.
7.3. No financial credit will be given for products/services that constitute information or software as defined in the Computers Law, 1995.
7.4. A consumer as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "the Law"), may cancel a transaction and receive a refund subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the regulations pursuant to it, by submitting a written notice of order cancellation through any of the contact means specified in Section 2 of these Terms. -
Intellectual Property, Ownership, and Copyrights
8.1. Unauthorized use of this Website is prohibited.
8.2. Without derogating from the generality of the above, it is forbidden to distribute, copy, duplicate, and/or display the content of the Website on other sites or publications without prior written approval from O.B RESULTS LTD.
8.3. All copyrights on the Website, including its design, and any software, application, graphic file, texts, computer code, and any other material contained therein, belong solely to O.B RESULTS LTD and/or its content providers, and/or business partners, as applicable. Information Security and Privacy
9.1. O.B RESULTS LTD carefully manages the Website with caution, skill, and a controlled manner and takes acceptable precautionary measures to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of the information provided by users on the Website. In cases beyond the control of O.B RESULTS LTD and/or due to force majeure events, O.B RESULTS LTD will not be liable for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, caused to a user or anyone on their behalf if this information is lost or reaches a hostile party and/or is used without authorization.
9.2. To purchase the Services on this Website, the User will be asked to provide their credit card number. The credit card details will be processed through the credit card company "Isracard" with an SSL-secured server.
9.3. O.B RESULTS LTD will not transfer the details of any User to a third party without that User's prior written consent, except to third parties such as subcontractors or affiliated companies of O.B RESULTS LTD who require the details to provide services to the User on the Website. Additionally, O.B RESULTS LTD may disclose details regarding any instance where O.B RESULTS LTD is required to do so by law, a tribunal order, and/or as part of any legal process of any kind, to protect its rights and/or property and/or for other justified reasons.
9.4. Since this is an online environment where there is no possibility of absolute security, anyone who provides information on this Website does so at their own risk.
9.5. O.B RESULTS LTD will make reasonable and accepted efforts to maintain the confidentiality of user information.

O.B RESULTS LTD will not be liable for any damage, loss of profits, harm to reputation, reliance, expense, breach of contract, and the like—direct and/or indirect—caused, if caused, due to a breach of the confidentiality of user details, leakage of payment details, and/or details of third parties.

10.1. The User declares that O.B RESULTS LTD, its partners, agents, employees, office holders, managers, directors, etc., are not responsible and will not bear any liability for delays and/or changes and/or inaccuracies and/or failures and/or errors and/or disruptions and/or viruses and/or Trojan horses and/or Internet communication interruptions and/or damages and/or thefts and/or illegal intrusions into the user's personal computer through the network as a result of using the Website and/or its content and/or its various services.
10.2. The User is allowed to browse the Website and use its "content" only for the purposes and services provided therein. The User undertakes to act responsibly and adhere to the rules of use while complying with the laws of the state. Any use of the Website's "content" for illegal purposes and/or to invade another person's privacy and/or for pornographic use and/or to infringe on a trademark and/or infringe the copyrights of a third party is strictly prohibited.
10.3. The images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. It should be noted that due to the fact that the images are displayed on a computer screen and/or printed by a computer, there may be differences between the final appearance of the product in the picture on the computer screen or in a home printout and the product as it appears after professional printing.
10.4. The sole and exclusive responsibility for any error in entering data by the User will lie with the User themselves, and the User will bear all the costs of any damage that may result from their mistake. The computer records, as they appear in the company's computers, will constitute the final and accepted proof by the User that these are the data entered by them in the purchase process.
10.5. The User undertakes not to misuse the services offered by O.B RESULTS LTD, among other things, to create illegal material, incitement material, pornographic material, and/or other materials that may offend and/or harm the public and/or constitute an infringement of copyrights or trademarks. O.B RESULTS LTD reserves the right to block the entry of users who engage in undesirable or prohibited activity on the Website and to disclose the user's identifying details if O.B RESULTS LTD is required to do so following the user's misuse of the Website and/or in violation of these Terms of Use as stated above and below.
10.6. Entering the credit card data of the User constitutes a commitment to purchase the product and pay the company the price listed on the Website. In addition, the User undertakes to ensure that the credit card company transfers to O.B RESULTS LTD the amount they committed to in the purchase process.
10.7. The Website may include advertisements from third parties. O.B RESULTS LTD or the Website are not parties to any engagement made between advertisers and users through the Website.
10.8. O.B RESULTS LTD is not responsible for the content of the aforementioned advertisements and/or regarding the suitability of the products and/or services marketed through them and does not recommend and/or encourage users to purchase the products and/or services offered within them.
10.9. O.B RESULTS LTD reserves the right to discontinue the operation of the Website at any time, for any duration, for maintenance, due to the closure of the Website, as well as for any other purpose and for any reason. Such cessation of activity (temporary or permanent) will not require any prior notice or explanation to anyone.

O.B RESULTS LTD and/or the Website are not responsible and will not bear any liability—directly or indirectly—for any damage, loss of profits, expense, harm to reputation, reliance, breach of contract, any wrongdoing, etc., that is caused, if and as caused, to the User and/or any third party, in connection (direct or indirect) with the Website or its use, due to the cessation of the Website's activity (temporarily or permanently) and/or by third parties.

Without derogating from the generality of the above, if an external link (Link) appears on the Website, O.B RESULTS LTD will not bear any responsibility—directly or indirectly—for its content, the information published on it, the images appearing on it, reliance on all these, and any damage, expense, and loss of profits, direct and/or indirect, caused as a result of and/or in connection with that external link.
10.12. Without derogating from the generality of the above, it is clarified that due to technical malfunctions and/or the need for Website maintenance, User purchases may not be completed. Users of the Website are required to be aware of this, and by acting on the Website, they assume full responsibility for any damage, reliance, expense, loss of profits, etc., that may result from such malfunctions.
10.13. Users and advertisers are responsible towards O.B RESULTS LTD, other users, and other advertisers for any act or omission in accordance with the provisions of the law. -
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
11.1. The law applicable to everything related to this Website is exclusively Israeli law.
11.2. In any case of dispute, the courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo District shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear the claim.
11.3. It is clarified that the above also applies to a User who is not a resident and/or citizen of Israel, and under no circumstances will a claim be heard that Israel is not a proper forum and/or that any foreign law should apply to any engagement related to this Website.
11.4. Only the provisions of these Terms shall bind the Website and O.B RESULTS LTD. In cases where there is a contradiction or inconsistency between what is stated in these Terms and what is stated anywhere on the Website or elsewhere, what is stated in these Terms shall prevail.
11.5. O.B RESULTS LTD will not bear any responsibility for any illegal activity carried out by Website users or by any other entity that is not under its full control.
11.6. O.B RESULTS LTD endeavors to maintain the Website's proper operation but does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted due to hardware, software, or communication line malfunctions, and it will not be responsible for any malfunctions or disruptions in the Internet network or communication lines.
11.7. Notwithstanding the foregoing, O.B RESULTS LTD reserves the right not to allow any person or group of people to use the Website, whether such use was permitted in the past or not, at its sole discretion, without the need for an explanation and/or prior notice.
